About Mike -— my time is very limited with family, full time job etc. That’s where Mike and his wonderful service came to the rescue. Recently I had ongoing problems with my PC and decided I needed an ‘upgrade’. I heard about Tech Solutions NC and thought they might be the answer to all my computer problems. After working with the system they delivered a couple of months ago I now have capabilities to handle surfing the internet, importing, editing and sharing photographs, managing my bank accounts, and yes, even playing games on and off line. I had Mike Ellis do something for me that no one else seemed to be able to do. I certainly couldn’t do it myself as I am limited in knowledge and capability when it comes to IT work. The problem I had was getting my computer to communicate with a commercial plotter in the office so I could print in large format for construction plans. Mike did an excellent job. Even when it looked as if it was impossible to remedy, Mike wouldn’t give up until he exhausted every avenue he could think of. I had already given up, thinking I would have to buy a newer computer when Mike came in my office to let me know the problem was solved!
